Mil-Tac Knives and Tools was founded in 2005 in Wylie, TX by a friend of mine Craig Sword.  Mil-Tac offers excellent design, quality and innovations in the knife industry.  They specialize in knives and tools for military personnel, LE and outdoorsmen.  Below is an excerpt form their website:
