Used for centuries, tomahawks in one form or another have been a staple for survival in the wilderness or as a weapon in combat. The American Indians used them quite effectively as a weapon. The tomahawk surfaced again and was used by some special forces during the Vietnam war. In todays’s world they have been carried and used by US Military personnel all over the globe.
